In 1996, LAD Companies was founded by Lee A. Dragna out of passion for repair work. Today, LAD has over 150 employees, three facilities throughout south Louisiana, and is continuing to grow. LAD specializes in New Barge Fabrication, Drydock, Dockside Repair, Marine Salvage and Structural Fabrication.
